News

Matt's collaboration with John Marsden, Home and Away, won Honour Book in the 2009 CBCA Picture Book Awards. Matt is thrilled at the recognition the book has received in its first year of release.

June 2010 will see the release of The Serpent's Tale, a picture book for older readers. Matt collaborated with writer Gary Crew on this work and is about to embark on a new book with Gary, again a picture book for older readers called To the Distant Stars. Both works have a science fiction element to them and celebrate both the darkness and the beauty of the human story.

Also to be released later this year is a collaboration with writers Sally and Ezekiel Morgan; a gentle story for younger readers about a father and son, called Me and My Dad.
